Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your local courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
